JVCC SCF-01 is a low-density single-sided PVC foam tape coated with a high-performance acrylic adhesive on one side. The closed-cell structure provides a clean, waste-free alternative to liquid sealants for air and weather-tight seals. It is used in automotive, HVAC, and construction applications for gasketing, cushioning, and vibration control. The tape conforms to irregular surfaces and tight radius curves where flexibility is critical.

Check Surface and Width Before Use

The adhesive sits on the exposed side when unwound, so the release liner must be removed from the non-adhesive side before application. Rolls are cut to industry metric sizes and are approximately 5% narrower than the nominal width ordered. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and compatible with acrylic adhesive for a positive bond. The 3 inch diameter core fits standard dispensers but verify your holder accepts this size.

The closed-cell foam maintains its seal under continuous compression without the softness of open-cell alternatives. It resists weathering and chemicals during long-term exposure in door frames, window gaps, and vehicle tops.
