Telecoil headset for hearing-aid users

The Jabra GN2125NCTC is a binaural over-the-head headset built with a telecoil that couples directly with compatible hearing aids. A noise-cancelling microphone reduces background sound, and the lightweight frame with SoundTube design keeps the earpieces comfortable for extended shifts. Quick-disconnect fitting lets the user step away from the desk without removing the headset.

Wired desk-phone headset for T-coil wearers

Suits office workers who rely on hearing aids with a T-coil setting and need a corded, binaural solution for desk phones. Not suited for users without hearing-aid telecoil support, for mobile or softphone-only setups, or for anyone wanting a single-ear, wireless or convertible wearing style.

Questions about this item

Will the GN2125 NCTC headset work with my existing desk phone that uses a Quick Disconnect cable?

Yes, the headset includes a Quick Disconnect interface so it plugs directly into compatible desk phone cords or amplifiers without extra adapters.

How can I confirm the telecoil is active and helping my hearing aid during a call?

Switch your hearing aid to the T-coil setting; you should hear the caller's voice clearly through the aid without acoustic feedback from the headset earpieces.
