Purpose-built base station

The Jabra GN9120 base station provides a dedicated 2.4 GHz ISM wireless link for compatible headsets. It is intended for office or contact-centre workers who need a stable cordless connection without occupying a USB port on the host computer.

Simple desk installation

The unit connects to mains power using the supplied supply and links to the desk phone or softphone via the appropriate cable. No software drivers are required. The only common issue is forgetting to pair the headset before first use, which is resolved by following the pairing sequence in the headset manual.

Consistent all-day operation

Because the base draws continuous mains power, wireless performance remains steady throughout extended shifts. There is no battery drain to degrade range or audio quality as the day progresses, so the 2.4 GHz link stays reliable from the first call to the last.
