Multi-Purpose Face Shield 2596

The Jackson Safety Quad 500 face shield model 2596 delivers above-the-neck protection for grinding, brazing and flame or plasma cutting tasks. It arrives fully assembled with a Shade 5 infrared filter and a high-impact polycarbonate window that provides panoramic viewing. A Sta-Clear washable anti-fog coating keeps the lens clear during extended use.

Upgrade from basic visors

This unit replaces simple flip-down visors that lack integrated headgear and certified impact resistance. The jump is worthwhile when work demands both a Shade 5 IR filter and a wraparound frame that shields the chin and sides. The 370 Speed Dial ratcheting headgear allows quick, one-handed fit adjustments without removing gloves.

Sustained comfort under load

The ratcheting headgear maintains even pressure during long sessions so the shield stays aligned without constant readjustment. Framed sides and chin guard deflect debris and spatter that would slip under open designs. The anti-fog coating resists moisture buildup when heat and humidity rise, preserving visibility through the entire shift.
