DC coupler for 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel cables

This DC coupler joins two cables that each end in a 5.5mm x 2.1mm female barrel connector. It provides a straight-through connection for low-voltage power runs in surveillance installations. The unit is supplied new from JacobsParts Inc. and carries model reference DCCOUP-B.

Check your cable connectors before ordering

Verify that both cables you intend to join have 5.5mm x 2.1mm female barrel plugs. The coupler only accepts that exact size; cables with different inner or outer diameters will not fit. Buyers needing to connect other barrel sizes or screw-terminal leads will require a different adapter.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the DCCOUP-B and do I need any extra parts to join two cables?
