3G SDI to HDMI Converter with Loop-Through

The Jansicotek OZH5-1 converts SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals up to 1080p at 60 Hz for display on an HDMI monitor. An SDI loop-through output lets you keep the original signal on an SDI screen at the same time. The aluminium alloy enclosure measures 90 by 55 by 20 mm and weighs 165 g.

Powered Setup with USB Cable and Adapter

Connect the included 5 V DC power adapter via the supplied USB charge cable, then attach the SDI source and HDMI display. Common issues arise when the power adapter is omitted or the source exceeds 1080p60, which the unit cannot process. No drivers or software configuration are required for basic operation.

SDI Bit-Rate Ceiling and Resolution Cap

The converter handles bit rates up to 2.970 Gbps, matching the 3G-SDI standard, but stops at 1080p60. It will not pass UHD, 4K or higher frame-rate signals, and it does not perform format conversion or scaling beyond its native limit. Audio embedded in the SDI stream is passed through to HDMI without separate extraction.
