Controls two computers with one keyboard, mouse and dual monitors at up to 4K 60 Hz, 1080p 144 Hz with USB 3.0 sharing and 3.5 mm audio extraction
The Jansicotek HDMI 2.0 KVM switch connects two computers and two monitors so one keyboard, mouse and audio device control both systems. It accepts four HDMI 2.0 inputs plus two USB-C inputs and provides two HDMI 2.0 outputs with a 3.5 mm audio jack. The aluminium-alloy chassis resists corrosion and interference while supporting plug-and-play operation.
Replacing a single-monitor switch or a USB 2.0 model adds a second display and 5 Gbps peripheral bandwidth for scanners, drives or cameras. The jump is worthwhile when workflows span two screens and need simultaneous access to high-speed USB 3.0 devices without re-plugging cables between workstations.
The unit passes 4K at 60 Hz, 1080p at 144 Hz and 1080p at 120 Hz through HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2 compliance. It runs out of headroom above 4K 60 Hz, so 4K high-refresh or 8K sources are not supported. Audio extraction is limited to stereo via the 3.5 mm DAC output.

The unit measures 111.8 mm wide by 63.2 mm deep by 24.5 mm high, so a flat area slightly larger than that footprint is enough for stable placement.
Plug each computer into one HDMI 2.0 and one USB-C input, connect both monitors to the two HDMI 2.0 outputs, then attach keyboard and mouse to the dedicated USB 3.0 ports; the step often missed is linking each computer's USB-C port so keyboard, mouse and USB 3.0 peripherals switch together.
The 3.5 mm audio jack and four USB 3.0 ports are passive connectors; they only need checking if a cable becomes loose or a peripheral stops being recognised after repeated hot-plug cycles.
