A 3.3 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable carries 32.4 Gbps for 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz
Cable Length 3.3 Feet
This 3.3 ft Jansicotek cable connects a computer to an 8K monitor at 60 Hz with 10-bit colour and HDR. It also supports 4K at 144 Hz for high-refresh gaming. The DisplayPort 1.4 male-to-male connectors carry 32.4 Gbps bandwidth. The nylon braid protects the cable during daily routing.
The cable maintains the full 32.4 Gbps link rate required for 7680x4320 at 60 Hz with RGB 4:4:4 and HDR. This is a 50 percent increase over DisplayPort 1.2 cables, preventing signal dropouts during long sessions. Multi-stream transport and HDCP 2.2 remain active continuously. The braided jacket resists heat buildup behind dense I/O panels.
Replacing a 1.2 cable removes the bandwidth ceiling that forces 4K to 60 Hz or chroma sub-sampling. The jump is worth it when the source and display both support DisplayPort 1.4 and you need 4K at 120 Hz or higher, or 8K at 60 Hz. Buyers whose hardware tops out at 1080p or 1440p 60 Hz will not see a benefit.

Other versions of this model
The cable is passive and carries 32.4 Gbps without active electronics, so it does not generate noticeable heat during extended use.
Both devices need a standard DisplayPort 1.4 connector; the cable is male-to-male and plugs directly into each port.
The cable is backward compatible, but a DP 1.2 port is limited to 4K@60Hz, so you will not reach 144Hz at 4K with that monitor.
