7A 80W USB-A to USB-C Cable

This two-pack supplies 6.6 ft cables rated for 7 A and up to 80 W Power Delivery. They suit users who charge phones, tablets or laptops from a USB-A power source and want fast charging without replacing their existing wall charger.

Check your charger and port

Fast charging only activates when the USB-A port and wall charger both support an 80 W Power Delivery profile. The cable carries USB 2.0 data at 480 Mbps and does not transmit video signals, so it cannot drive external displays.

Aluminium-shell connectors and nylon braid

Each end uses an aluminium alloy shell that resists wear during daily plugging and unplugging. The clear housing reveals the built-in E-Marker chip, while the nylon-braided jacket reduces tangling during transport or desk use.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need a separate charger?

The pack contains two blue USB-A to USB-C cables each 6.6 ft long; a fast-charging USB-C wall charger up to 80W must be purchased separately to reach the rated speed.

Which length should I choose for my setup?

Both cables in this 2-pack are 6.6 ft, giving extra reach for desk or bedside charging without needing a different SKU.

What does the 80W rating mean when I plug it into my MacBook Pro 16?

With an 80W USB-C PD charger the cable delivers up to 7A at 11V, charging a MacBook Pro 16 to 90-100% in about 1.5 hours and reaching 80% in roughly 30 minutes.
