The Jansicotek OZ8AB is a bi-directional HDMI 2.1 switch that connects two sources to one display or one source to two displays. It supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at up to 165 Hz with 48 Gbps bandwidth. The compact aluminium unit includes a DC 5 V power cable and a manual push-button for source selection.

Sustained load behaviour

Manual switching requires 3 to 6 seconds for the signal to stabilise on high-power devices such as a PS5 or Xbox. The switch does not support automatic source detection or simultaneous output on both displays when used as a splitter. VRR and Dynamic HDR pass through without added latency during continuous operation.
