The switch passes 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 120 Hz, 2K at 144 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz over its 48 Gbps link. It is backward compatible with HDMI 2.0b, 2.0a, 2.0 and 1.4. For 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz output the source must support those modes and a certified HDMI 2.1 cable under 3.9 ft is recommended.
