Jansicotek OZC3 4K HDMI Capture Device
The Jansicotek OZC3 is a USB video capture device that accepts an HDMI signal up to 4K at 60 fps and records or streams at 1080p 60 fps. It connects via a USB 3.0 port that also works with USB 2.0, requires no external power, and is recognised automatically as a webcam on Windows 7, 8, 10, macOS 10.9 or later, and Linux.
Streamers and recorders using consoles or cameras
Content creators who want to capture gameplay from a PS4, Xbox One, Switch or similar HDMI source and send it to OBS, Twitch, YouTube or VLC will find the plug-and-play operation convenient. Users who need captured footage at 4K resolution or who require multi-channel audio mixing should look at a different class of device.
1080p 60 fps maximum capture output
The single specification that decides suitability is the capture ceiling: the device records and streams at up to 1080p 60 fps even though it can pass through a 4K 60 Hz signal. If your workflow demands recorded files at 4K, this unit will not meet that requirement.
