The switch operates on the HDMI 1.4 standard with HDCP 1.4 compliance. This caps the maximum output resolution at 4096 x 2160 at 30 Hz. Higher refresh rates, HDR metadata and later HDCP revisions are not supported, so 4K 60 Hz sources will fall back to a lower mode.
