Jansicotek OZU3 Bi-Directional USB 3.0 Switch 5Gbps 2-in-1/1-in-2 Black

Two-Computer Peripheral Sharing

The Jansicotek OZU3 is a bi-directional USB 3.0 switch that lets two computers share one USB 3.0 peripheral or one computer toggle between two USB 3.0 devices. A single button swaps the active connection instantly. It requires no external power supply and operates through plug-and-play on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chrome OS. The unit ships with two USB 3.0 Type-A to Type-A cables.

5 Gbps Bandwidth Ceiling

Data moves at up to 5 Gbps, matching the USB 3.0 specification, while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. The blue indicator lights only when a data transfer is active, giving a clear visual cue of the live link. Because the switch draws power from the host USB ports, it cannot support peripherals that demand more current than the host can provide.

Manual One-Button Switching

Connection changes are triggered exclusively by pressing the physical button on the enclosure; no software utility or hot-key sequence is available. This makes the OZU3 suited for users who prefer deliberate, tactile control over automatic or scheduled switching. Buyers who need unattended, scripted or remote port selection should look for a network-attached or software-controlled alternative.
