Two-computer DP KVM

The Jansicotek SW204N-DP lets two computers or laptops share one DisplayPort monitor and four USB 3.0 peripherals. It supports video resolutions up to 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz, provided the graphics cards, cables and display also support those modes. Switching is handled by front push-buttons or a wired desktop controller. The unit is new and includes the required cabling.

Build integration needs

Each computer connects through one DisplayPort and one USB 3.0 cable, both supplied in the box. The switch draws power from an included adapter, freeing the host USB ports from supplying bus power to the hub. Four downstream USB 3.0 ports accommodate keyboards, mice, printers or scanners at up to 5 Gbps, with backward compatibility to USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. Video bandwidth reaches 48 Gbps.
