A 33 ft VESA certified fiber DisplayPort 1.4 cable carrying 32.4 Gbps for 8K 60 Hz and 4K 144 Hz
Cable Length 33 Feet
This 33 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable uses four‑core optical fiber to deliver 32.4 Gbps bandwidth. It is VESA certified and supports 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz. The male‑to‑male connectors are gold plated and housed in zinc‑alloy shells with piano‑paint finish. Directional design requires the Source plug at the GPU and the Display plug at the monitor.
Optical fiber transmits light instead of electricity, so the cable itself generates no heat and draws negligible power from the source. There are no active electronics in the cable body, so operation is completely silent. The single Al‑Mylar foil shield prevents electromagnetic interference without adding bulk or thermal load.
The cable connects any DisplayPort 1.4 source — PC, laptop or graphics card — to a DisplayPort 1.4 display, projector or VR headset. It is backwards compatible with DP 1.3, 1.2 and 1.1 equipment. Because it is directional, the Source end must plug into the video output and the Display end into the screen; reversing the ends will break the link. The 33 ft length suits room‑scale VR setups or distant displays where copper cables would lose signal integrity. Buyers needing a non‑directional or shorter copper cable should choose a different product.

Other versions of this model
Connect the plug marked "Source" to the graphics card or PC and the plug marked "Display" to the monitor or projector; the cable is directional and will not work if reversed.
The 24K gold-plated connectors and zinc-alloy shell resist corrosion and cracking, so no routine maintenance is required; replace only if physical damage occurs to the fiber cores or connectors.
The cable is rated for 32.4 Gbps bandwidth, so the practical ceiling is the DisplayPort 1.4 specification itself — 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz — beyond which a newer standard would be needed.
