What this cable delivers

This USB4 Gen 3x2 cable carries 40Gbps bi-directional data, 8K@60Hz video, and 240W power delivery over a four-foot USB-C to USB-C link. It is built for users who need maximum throughput and charging from a single connection.

Who benefits and who does not

It suits creators driving high-resolution displays, professionals moving large datasets between Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 hosts, and owners of 140W-class laptops that demand Extended Power Range charging. Buyers whose devices top out at 10Gbps or 100W will not gain the headline speeds or wattage this cable provides.

The deciding specification

The cable is certified for USB4 Gen 3x2 at 40Gbps with PD 3.1 Extended Power Range up to 240W (48V/5A). If your host, charger, and peripheral all support that tier, the link will negotiate the full rate; otherwise it falls back to the lowest common capability.
