Will the 294 mm length and 27 mm diameter fit my Barco Galaxy 4K-12 lamp house?

Yes. The lamp measures 294 mm long, 27 mm in diameter and has a 55 mm bulb diameter, matching the Galaxy 4K-12 lamp house dimensions.

What is the correct torque or alignment step for the M12×1.75 pins during installation?

Insert the pins fully to the 14 mm depth and tighten the M12×1.75 connections evenly so the 123 mm LCL and 4.5 mm cold arc gap stay aligned.

When should I replace the lamp based on the 3200 hour rating?

Plan replacement at 3200 hours of operation; the xenon arc output drops off after the rated warranty hours.
