Compact Bluetooth Speaker with 16 W Output

The JBL Grip is a portable speaker built for listeners who want bold JBL Pro Sound in a one-hand form factor. AI Sound Boost analyses music in real time to optimise output for bigger sound with less distortion. The 2.0 speaker configuration delivers a total power of 16 watts across a response bandwidth of 20000 hertz. It is designed for personal listening and small-group gatherings.

IP68 Waterproof Dustproof Drop-Proof Build

A rugged chassis meets IP68 waterproof and dustproof standards and survives a one-metre drop onto concrete. The integrated ambient light on the back panel offers selectable themes and colours adjustable through the JBL Portable app. Bluetooth provides the sole input connection, keeping the exterior free of exposed ports. At 0.849 lb and measuring 2.56 in by 2.52 in by 6.0 in, it fits easily in a bag or cup holder.

Check Bluetooth Source and Multi-Speaker Needs

Verify that your phone, tablet or laptop supports Bluetooth audio streaming before purchase. The battery provides up to 12 hours of playtime plus an extra 2 hours with Playtime Boost, so confirm that span matches your typical outing length. If you plan to stereo pair two Grip units or link multiple Auracast-enabled speakers, ensure the other devices also support Auracast. The 7-band EQ and light controls require the JBL Portable app.

It measures 2.56 in x 2.52 in x 6.0 in and weighs 0.849 lb, so it fits in a hand or cup holder and requires no mounting hardware.
