This tool suits installers terminating F connectors on CATV cables from Corning Gilbert and Belden. It does not cut or strip conductors.

Adjustable Manual Operation Without Ratchet

The crimper uses an adjustable manual mechanism without a rated maximum crimping force. Force depends entirely on the user's hand strength, so repeatability varies between operators. There is no ratchet to enforce a full cycle, meaning incomplete crimps are possible if pressure is released early. The tool is restricted from sale in California due to Proposition 65 chemical warnings.

Four Cavity Die for Coax Connectors

The included die provides four crimping cavities sized at .068, .262, .324 and .360 inch (1.73, 6.65, 8.23 and 9.14 mm). These cover common F connector sizes for RG59, RG6 and RG360 type cables.
