Adjustable Hand Gripper 11-132lbs

The JTHEW GST001 is a portable grip strength trainer with resistance adjustable from 11 to 132 lbs. It suits adults seeking to improve hand strength for sports, rehabilitation or daily fatigue relief. The compact six-inch design fits easily in a bag for training anywhere.

Smart Counter Tracks Every Rep

A built-in mechanical counter records each squeeze without batteries or charging. Press the button to log a repetition and turn the knob to reset the tally. This lets users monitor progress session by session without relying on a phone or wearable device.

Ready To Use Straight From The Box

No assembly or calibration is required; simply turn the resistance dial to the desired level and begin. The counter resets with a quick twist, so accidental knocks can clear the count if the knob catches on clothing or a gym bag.
