Under-Desk Cable Tray 2-Pack

Two black powder-coated steel baskets mount under a desk to conceal power strips, chargers and cable bundles. Each tray measures 16.3 × 4.57 × 5.2 in and suits office, home-office or household use. The set targets anyone who wants to clear tripping hazards and keep sockets out of reach of children and pets. No drilling is required for installation.

Screw-Free C-Clamp Mounting

Adjustable C-clamps with knurled screws grip table edges from .4 in to 1.38 in thick. The clamp design lets users attach or reposition a tray in seconds without tools or permanent holes. Because the baskets sit flush beneath the surface, they accept popular multi-socket strips and bulky power bricks while staying almost invisible from above.

Quick Install, Check Thickness First

Installation consists of sliding the clamps onto the desk edge and tightening the knurled screws by hand. The only common issue is discovering the tabletop is thinner than .4 in or thicker than 1.38 in, which prevents a secure fit. Verifying the edge thickness before purchase avoids that problem.

Questions about this item

How often should I inspect the C-clamps and knurled screws for tightness after mounting?

Check the clamps and knurled screws every few months; the screw-free design relies on friction against desk edges from 10 mm to 35 mm thick, so vibration can loosen them over time.

What is the maximum desk-edge thickness the C-clamps can grip before they stop holding securely?

The C-clamps accept desk edges from 10 mm up to 35 mm; anything thicker prevents the knurled screws from engaging and the tray will not mount.

Does the powder-coated steel tray become warm when power bricks sit inside it all day?

The steel tray runs at ambient temperature; it has no active components, so power bricks and extension leads inside the 16.3 × 4.57 × 5.2 in basket do not raise its surface heat.
