Ultralight Transmitter for Insta360

The jWIN Mic Air Transmitter weighs 7.9 g and connects wirelessly to Insta360 X5, X4, X4 Air, Ace Pro 2 and GO Ultra cameras. It is built for vloggers and streamers who want a coin-size microphone that stays out of sight while recording. No separate receiver is required for these camera models.

Direct Bluetooth Camera Link

The transmitter pairs straight to compatible Insta360 cameras over Bluetooth, so no receiver is needed. Please note X4 only supports direct Bluetooth connection with the transmitter. For mobile devices or the Insta360 Flow series, the Mic Air bundle with a receiver must be purchased instead.

Magnetic Clip or Pendant Mount

The package includes one transmitter and a charging base that powers the unit via USB Type-C. Attach it magnetically, clip it on, or wear it as a pendant. A windshield and onboard noise cancelling keep audio clean, while a single button triggers recording, mute or noise-cancelling modes.

Questions about this item

How does the 48 kHz sampling rate sound when I am recording a vlog on my Insta360 X4?

The 48 kHz sampling captures voice at broadcast quality so dialogue stays clear and natural whether you are speaking close to the transmitter or a short distance away.

What does the Bluetooth connection actually limit when I pair the transmitter with an Insta360 X4?

On the X4 the link is direct Bluetooth only, so range tops out around 30 to 50 metres and you cannot add a separate receiver for longer reach.

Will the 7.9 g transmitter stay put on a lightweight running shirt using the magnetic mount?

At 7.9 grams the transmitter is light enough for the magnetic clip to hold securely on thin fabric, and the package also includes a physical clip and pendant loop for extra security.
