Retractable Cord Reel for Garage Workspaces

The K KASONIC FL-115A is a 50 ft retractable extension cord reel built for garage and workshop environments. It mounts on a wall or ceiling with a 180 degree swivel bracket that lets you pull cord from multiple directions. A 4.5 ft lead-in cord connects the reel to the power outlet without extra extensions. The unit is UL Listed and brand new.

14AWG Capacity with Built-in Circuit Protection

The 14AWG/3C SJTOW cord handles up to 13A and 1625W at 125VAC, 60Hz, suitable for common power tools and lighting. Three grounded outlets on a lighted triple tap let you run several devices at once. An internal 13A circuit breaker cuts power automatically if the total draw exceeds the limit; press the reset button to restore service. The cord locks at any length via a ratcheting mechanism.

Upgrade from Loose Cords or Fixed Outlets

This reel replaces tangled loose cords on the floor and eliminates the need to work near a fixed wall outlet. The automatic rewind with auto-guide prevents kinks, while the adjustable stopper keeps the cord neat when not in use. The SJTOW jacket resists oil, water, abrasion, UV, ozone, acid and alkaline exposure, staying flexible across temperatures. Buyers who need more than 50 ft of reach or a higher amperage rating should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 14AWG cord and 13A breaker support the same tools I run on my older 16AWG reel?

The 14AWG cord is rated for 13A and 1625W at 125V, so it can handle heavier loads than a typical 16AWG reel; the built-in 13A breaker will trip if the total draw exceeds that limit.

How do I verify the automatic retract and ratchet lock are working correctly after mounting?

Pull the cord out — it should extend smoothly and lock at any length; a short tug releases the ratchet and the auto-guide rewinds the cord evenly without kinks.

Does the package include the swivel mounting bracket and hardware, or must I buy them separately?

The reel ships with the 180-degree swivel bracket and mounting hardware; the 4.5-foot lead-in cord connects directly to a wall or ceiling outlet so no extra parts are needed.
