90 Degree Compact Grease Coupler

The K-Tool International HC-90Q is a quick connect grease coupler designed for pneumatic and hydraulic lubrication tasks. Its 90 degree compact head allows access to fittings in tight or angled spaces where straight couplers cannot reach. The tool is intended for automotive and industrial maintenance professionals who need reliable fluid delivery.

Installation and common issues

The quick connect mechanism enables fast attachment to compatible grease gun hoses without threading. Users should verify that the hose end matches the coupler's connection style to avoid leaks. A frequent problem occurs when the coupler is not fully seated, causing grease to bypass the fitting under pressure. Regular cleaning of the jaws prevents debris from blocking the seal.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This coupler suits technicians who service equipment with recessed or angled zerks and prefer a compact 90 degree profile. It is not suitable for buyers who need a straight coupler for direct access points or those requiring a high volume flow coupler for bulk filling. The product also carries a California Proposition 65 warning regarding chemical exposure.
