Compact AC Charger for Canon BP-511/BP-511A

This Kastar AC wall charger powers Canon BP-511 and BP-511A lithium-ion batteries. It accepts a universal input of 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 hertz and delivers a 4.2-volt, 600-milliamp output. A foldable flat plug makes storage simple, and an LED shows red while charging and green when the battery is full or on standby.

Suits owners of listed Canon EOS.

Photographers using cameras such as the EOS 5D, 10D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, 300D, D30 or D60 can charge spare batteries directly from a wall socket. The unit also supports PowerShot G1 through G6 and Pro series models plus ZR10 to ZR50 camcorders. It is not for users whose cameras rely on battery types outside the listed BP-508, 511, 511A, 512, 512A, 514, 522 or 535 series.

Charges only the specified BP-series lithium-ion

The charger is built exclusively for the compatible BP-511/BP-511A form factor and chemistry. No battery is included in the pack, so a suitable pack must be supplied separately. Input and output ratings are fixed at the values shown, and the foldable plug does not alter the electrical specification.
