Questions about this item

Will the foldable flat plug mechanism need replacement after repeated folding?

The foldable flat plug is a mechanical hinge; normal daily folding should not require replacement.

What limits continuous charging sessions with the 600 mA output?

The 600 mA output charges compatible BP-511 or BP-512 packs slowly; thermal limits of the battery itself end the session.

Does the charger generate noticeable heat or fan noise when left plugged in all day?

No fan is present; the unit runs warm but stays within normal limits for a 4.2 V 600 mA wall adapter.
