Four Li-Ion batteries with foldable AC charger

The Kastar BP-727 kit supplies four 3.7 V lithium-ion cells rated at 3200 mAh and 11.84 Wh each, plus a wall charger that accepts 100 to 240 V input and delivers 4.2 V at 600 mA. It is built for owners of compatible Canon VIXIA and LEGRIA camcorders who need spare power for long shoots.

Charger plugs directly into mains with folding pins

The AC adapter uses a foldable flat plug for compact storage and shows a red LED while charging and a green LED when the battery is full or on standby. Insert each cell into the single bay; the charger handles one battery at a time, so a full rotation of four packs takes several hours.

Suits camcorder users who need multiple affordable

Videographers recording events, travel or family footage will appreciate the extra runtime without carrying a bulky power bank. Shooters who require simultaneous charging of several batteries or faster top-up speeds should look at multi-bay alternatives.
