Ready-to-shoot power kit

This pack contains four 7.4 V 3500 mAh lithium-ion batteries and a dual-slot USB charger. It is built for videographers using compatible Canon camcorders who need reliable, all-day power without carrying a wall adapter. The 25.9 Wh cells fit the BP-915G form factor and work with a long list of Canon models from the UC, XF, XL and XH series.

Simple USB charging

The LTD2 charger powers two batteries at once from any 5 V 2–3 A source via Micro-USB or USB-C. An LCD panel shows real-time capacity and charging status for each slot. Output is 4.2 V at 800 mA per bay, so a full cycle takes a few hours. The only common snag is forgetting to seat the battery contacts cleanly, which stops the charger from recognising the cell.

Check your camcorder first

Verify that your Canon camera accepts BP-911, BP-914, BP-915, BP-925, BP-930, BP-935, BP-945, BP-950, BP-955, BP-970 or BP-975 type packs. The charger includes swappable plates for other sizes, but the four supplied batteries only fit the models above. Ensure you have a 5 V USB supply rated at 2 A or higher; lower-output ports will charge very slowly or not at all.
