Quadruple USB charger for Kodak PixPro

The Kastar charger accepts four Kodak LB-050 or LB-052 batteries at once, matching the PixPro FZ151, FZ152, FZ201, SL10, SL25 and SPZ1 cameras. It also covers Ricoh DB-100, Casio NP-150 and GE GB-50A packs. No batteries are included in the pack.

Sustained charging behaviour

Input is 5 V at 2 to 3 A with a 15 W ceiling. Output delivers 4.2 V at 800 mA for one or two cells, dropping to 500 mA when three or four slots are occupied. The intelligent display shows each cell's status and capacity during the cycle.

Installation and common issues

Power comes through either a Micro-USB or a USB Type-C port, and a Type-C cable is supplied. Swappable plates let you change battery types, but the correct plate must be fitted for the LB-050 or LB-052 cells. Buyers who need to charge more than four packs simultaneously will need an additional unit.
