Three-part carbonless paper for multi-copy printing

This continuous-form paper produces three copies in white, canary and pink without a separate carbon sheet. It is suited to offices, warehouses and retail sites that still use impact or dot-matrix printers for invoices, delivery notes or order forms. Each carton holds one continuous ream of 1200 forms.

Perforated edges and premium grade for reliable

The 1/2" marginal perforations let you tear off individual sheets cleanly after printing. Premium-grade stock reduces dust and paper jams during long print runs. The continuous-feed format keeps the forms aligned through the tractor mechanism, so multi-part sets stay registered from first sheet to last.

Continuous-feed format requires tractor-feed printer

The paper is designed for printers with pin-feed tractors; it will not work in friction-feed or sheet-fed devices. Each form measures 9-1/2 by 11 inches, so the printer must accept that width. The three-part construction eliminates the need for separate carbon sheets, freeing storage space and simplifying reordering.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 1/2" marginal perfs on this 3-ply carbonless paper into a dot-matrix printer?

Align the 1/2" marginal perforations with the tractor-feed sprockets on both sides of the printer, then close the feed gates before printing; the common mistake is feeding the forms through friction rollers instead of the tractor mechanism.

Which ply of the white/canary/pink set wears out first and needs replacing?

All three plies are bound as one continuous form, so the entire 1200-form carton is replaced at once; no single ply can be swapped independently.

At what point does the carbonless coating stop transferring clean copies during a long print run?

The micro-encapsulated coating is designed to last through the full 1200 forms in the carton; image density only drops after the last form is used.
