Blue 20# paper for high-volume offices

This carton supplies 5000 sheets of blue 20# paper sized at 8-1/2" x 11". It is intended for offices, schools and print shops that run large daily volumes through copiers, plain-paper fax machines and monochrome inkjet printers. The blue tint helps colour-code documents or reduce glare for readers. Ten reams of 500 sheets arrive shrink-wrapped to control moisture until opened.

Limited to non-impact printing methods

The stock is engineered for non-impact laser and copier engines as well as monochrome inkjet output. It is not suited for impact printers such as dot-matrix or daisy-wheel machines that rely on physical striking. The 20# basis weight matches standard office feed paths but may exceed the maximum media weight specification of some compact personal printers. Buyers who need paper for impact printing or for colour inkjet photo output should select a different grade.

Easy bulk handling with moisture control

Each 500-sheet ream stays sealed in shrink wrap until needed, keeping curl and static low for reliable feeding. Store cartons flat in a climate-controlled area and open only the ream in use to maintain consistent performance. The most common issue arises when a ream is left exposed to humid air for several days, causing sheets to stick together and misfeed in high-speed copiers. Rotating stock and resealing partial reams prevents this problem.
