  • Pre-collated sets eliminate manual sorting for multi-part forms
  • 20# bond weight handles laser, inkjet and digital printers
  • White and Canary colours enable instant copy identification
  • 2500 sets per carton supply high-volume workflows
  • 5000 total sheets reduce reorder frequency

Pre-Collated 20# Bond Paper

This pre-collated 20# bond paper comes in white and canary sets for immediate multi-part printing. Each carton contains 2500 sets totalling 5000 sheets of 8-1/2" x 11" paper. It is designed for laser, inkjet and digital printers and copiers. Offices, schools and data centres use it for invoices, receipts and packing lists.

Shrink-Wrapped Carton Storage

The sheets are packaged in shrink wrap to protect them from moisture and dust during storage. Standard 20# bond weight feeds reliably through common office equipment without jamming. No special humidity controls or power adjustments are required beyond normal printer specifications. The carton format suits frequent, high-volume use.

Ready for Standard Office Printers

The paper fits any device that accepts 8-1/2" x 11" sheets, eliminating the need for manual collation after printing. It frees staff from sorting individual pages for multi-copy documents. Buyers who need more than two colours per set or a different paper weight will need a different product.

Questions about this item

How do I load the pre-collated white/canary sets so the printer feeds them in the correct order?

Fan the 2500 sets before loading, then place the stack in the tray with the white sheet on top and the canary sheet underneath; this keeps the 5000 sheets feeding as alternating pairs.

What replacement schedule should I plan for the printer rollers when running 5000 sheets of 20# bond through a single job?

Expect to clean or replace pickup rollers after roughly 5000 sheets, as the 20# bond’s surface wears rollers faster than lighter paper.

At what point does the shrink-wrapped carton’s weight become a handling limit during sustained high-volume printing?

A full 5000-sheet carton of 20# bond weighs enough that frequent lifting can strain wrists; stage the paper at waist height to avoid repeated heavy lifts.
