Lead-free solder wire, 0.6 mm diameter and 100 g, with 2 % flux for electronics work
KEHIPI supplies a 100 g spool of Sn99.3 Cu0.7 alloy wire with 2 % flux core, diameter 0.6 mm, formulated for electronics assembly and repair work where lead-free compliance is required.
The alloy melts between 215 °C and 220 °C with a recommended working point of 217 °C, and the 2 % flux content promotes smooth flow and fast wetting without excessive smoke or splatter during normal hand-soldering.
This spool substitutes traditional Sn60 Pb40 wire in applications that must avoid lead; the jump is worthwhile when regulations or customer specifications demand a lead-free joint and the slightly higher melting range is acceptable for the components being soldered.

Use a tip with a 0.6 mm or wider bore, heat to 217 °C, then push the wire straight in so the 2 % flux core melts evenly; bending the tip or feeding at an angle causes the thin wire to buckle.
A 100 g roll of 0.6 mm Sn99.3 Cu0.7 wire yields roughly 2 000 typical 2 mm joints; heavy daily use can empty it in a few weeks, while occasional repair work may last months.
The alloy melts at 215–220 °C; sustained temperatures above 220 °C accelerate flux burn-off and tip oxidation, so the joint quality degrades before the wire itself fails.
