Indoor 2K dome cameras for home monitoring

The four-pack of KEHIPI indoor dome cameras captures 2304x1296 video at 1296p resolution. Each unit is designed for baby, elder, pet or general room surveillance and connects to the O-KAM Pro app for remote viewing. The white dome housing measures 4.0 in x 4.0 in x 8.7 in and weighs 0.98 kilograms. Buyers who need outdoor-rated or battery-powered cameras should look elsewhere.

Dual-band Wifi with wired power

The cameras support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wifi networks for a stable wireless link while drawing power from a wired adapter. There are no active cooling fans, so operation is silent in normal use. Continuous 24/7 recording writes to a microSD card up to 128 GB or to an optional cloud subscription that stores 30-day history. No power-over-Ethernet or battery option is provided.

ONVIF and RTSP with Alexa voice control

Each dome conforms to ONVIF Profile S and exposes an RTSP stream at port 10554 for integration with VLC, third-party software or most NVRs. Alexa compatibility allows voice-activated live view on supported Echo devices. The package includes four cameras but no microSD cards, so local storage must be purchased separately. Builders who require PoE or a built-in siren will not find those features here.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the 4.0 in dome and enable the RTSP stream on port 10554?

Fix the base to a ceiling or wall with the supplied screws, connect the power adapter, add the camera in the O-KAM Pro app via 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi‑Fi, then set a password in the app to activate ONVIF and use the RTSP address rtsp://admin:password@ip:10554/tcp/av0_0.

What storage media will need replacing and how often?

The camera records continuously to a microSD card up to 128 GB (not included); swap the card when the app reports write errors or after roughly 24 months of 24/7 recording.

Which limit appears first during non‑stop 2K streaming?

Continuous 2304x1296 video at 0.98 kg draw keeps the power adapter and Wi‑Fi link as the first bottlenecks; sustained load can cause thermal throttling or stream drops if the router or supply is marginal.
