Six-pack FRS radios for team use

The KEHIPI RT22 bundle supplies six licence-free FRS two-way radios that operate on 16 pre-programmed channels. Each unit weighs 108 g and measures 3.78 by 2.17 by 0.87 inches, so it fits in a palm or clips to a belt. The set is aimed at small businesses, event staff and outdoor groups that need instant push-to-talk coordination without mobile coverage.

Sustained operation with multi-unit charging

A six-way gang charger powers all radios simultaneously and includes over-charge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection. The rechargeable batteries support extended shifts, while the key-lock function prevents accidental channel changes during busy periods. Voice-activated transmission offers nine sensitivity levels for hands-free use in varying noise environments.

Check compatibility and environment before buying

These radios use the FRS band only and are not water-resistant, so they cannot communicate with GMRS or marine VHF equipment and must be kept dry. The fixed 7-inch antenna and ABS housing are built for drops, but the 2-mile range claim assumes open terrain; buildings or heavy foliage will reduce usable distance. Verify that licence-free FRS operation meets your local regulations.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the RT22 six-pack charger produce when all six radios charge overnight?

The six-way multi-gang charger includes over-charge, over-voltage and short-circuit protection, so it runs quietly and stays cool during extended charging sessions.

What must I already own to start using these RT22 radios right out of the box?

Nothing extra — the pack includes six radios, a six-way charger and rechargeable batteries, so they work immediately on the 16 FRS channels.

Will the RT22’s short fixed antenna and 2-mile range still reach my older FRS handsets on channel 7?

Yes — both use the same licence-free FRS frequencies and 16 channels, so the RT22 communicates directly with any compatible FRS radio on matching channel and privacy-code settings.
