Bi-directional USB 3.0 switch shares one peripheral between two computers or two peripherals on one computer at 5 Gbps
The KEHIPI US-201-1 is a new USB 3.0 KVM switch that lets two computers share one peripheral or one computer toggle between two devices. It suits offices, classrooms and meeting rooms where a printer, scanner, keyboard or flash drive must be accessed from multiple hosts without unplugging cables.
The switch supports data transfers up to 5 Gbps and is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. It requires no external power supply and no driver installation, operating purely from the host USB ports. The blue LED indicates which computer is currently active.
The single specification that decides fit is the bi-directional 2-in-1-out / 1-in-2-out topology. Buyers who need simultaneous access from both computers or who want to share more than one peripheral at a time cannot use this switch.

Choose 2-in-1-out when two computers share one USB 3.0 peripheral, or 1-in-2-out when one computer switches between two USB devices; the switch handles both bi-directional configurations.
The USB 3.0 link supports up to 5Gbps transfers, so large files move quickly, and it falls back to USB 2.0 or 1.1 speeds for older peripherals.
It uses USB 3.0 with Type-A connectors, capping throughput at 5Gbps and providing bus power only — no external adapter is included.
