USB-C 4K HDMI Adapter for 4K Displays

The Kensington K33993WW CV4000H connects a USB-C laptop to a 4K monitor, TV or projector at 30fps. It requires the host device to support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. Extend or mirror modes are available. The cable length is 3.94 inches (100mm) and the adapter works with Thunderbolt 3 ports.

For Windows, Mac and Chrome OS Users

Compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Mac OS X 10.10, Mac OS X 10.11 and Chrome OS 44. Buyers whose laptops lack DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C cannot use this adapter for video output. It provides a single HDMI connection only, so users needing multiple external displays should look at other solutions.

4K at 30fps via DisplayPort Alt Mode

The adapter delivers 4K Ultra HD resolution at 30fps when the host supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C. Without that host capability, video output will not function. Firmware upgrades are available for Windows to maintain compatibility. The connector is HD1080p HDMI.
