Universal 12 V power adapter with nine tips
This Kenuco adapter converts 100 V to 240 V AC input into a regulated 12 V DC output rated at 2 A and 24 W. It ships with a fixed 5.5 mm x 2.1 mm plug plus nine interchangeable jacks to fit a range of 12 V devices such as LED strip lights, CCTV cameras, routers and speakers. The 1.5 m DC cord gives flexible placement. Polarity is inner positive, outer negative.
Thermals noise and power draw
The unit draws a maximum of 0.6 A on the AC side at 50 Hz or 60 Hz and delivers up to 2 A on the DC side. Built-in overload, over-voltage and short-circuit protections limit heat rise and prevent damage from power surges. No fan is present so operation is silent. Efficiency varies with load but the adapter runs cool under normal use.
Build fit and clearance
The adapter suits any device that requires 12 V input and draws 2 A or less, covering currents from 0.1 A up to the 2 A maximum. It cannot power equipment that exceeds 12 V 2 A. The interchangeable tips eliminate the need for separate cables, while the 1.5 m lead reduces the need for extension cords. Indoor use only.

Questions about this item
How do I attach the 5.5 mm x 2.1 mm tip or one of the 9 interchangeable jacks, and what polarity mistake should I avoid?
Select the jack that fits your device, push it firmly onto the DC cord until it clicks, then plug the adapter into a 100V–240V AC outlet. Ensure the device requires inner positive and outer negative polarity; reversing it can cause damage.
What maintenance will the adapter need, and when should I replace the DC cord or tips?
No routine maintenance is required. Inspect the 1.5 metre DC cord and each interchangeable tip periodically for fraying, bent pins or loose fit; replace any damaged part immediately to maintain safe operation.
What is the first limit I will hit if I run a 12 V 2 A load continuously?
The adapter is rated for a maximum continuous output of 12 V at 2 A (24 W). Sustained loads at that level will reach the thermal and current limit first, triggering the built-in overload protection to shut the unit down.
