Digital multimedia receiver

The Kenwood DMX129BT is a 6.8" WVGA digital multimedia receiver built for drivers who want a clear touchscreen interface and smartphone integration. It adds a CMOS-230LP rear-view camera with a licence-plate mounting kit so the upgrade covers both entertainment and parking safety in one package.

Audio tuning and camera view

A 13-band EQ with digital time alignment lets you shape the sound stage for the cabin, while two 2 V pre-outs and a dedicated subwoofer output give installers clean signal paths for amplifiers. The camera uses a 1/3.6" colour CMOS sensor rated at >325,000 pixels and delivers 128° horizontal and 103° vertical viewing angles with an illumination range of roughly .9-100,000 Lux for clear night vision.

Android USB mirroring

USB mirroring compatible with Android puts phone apps on the 6.8" display without extra adapters, making this unit the right choice for owners who rely on Android Auto-style projection. Buyers who need Apple CarPlay or wireless projection will need a different receiver because those features are not included.
