What this cable delivers

A 25 ft HDMI cable built to the HDMI 2.0 specification with 18 Gbps bandwidth. It supports 4K resolution at 60 Hz, HDR colour depth, HDCP 2.2, eARC, 3D, Ethernet and Dolby TrueHD 7.1 audio. A cotton-braided jacket and 24K gold-plated connectors protect the 100% pure copper conductors.

Who should choose it

Installers who need a 25 ft run between a source such as Apple TV, a PC, laptop or console and a TV, monitor, projector or soundbar. The cable is backward compatible with earlier HDMI versions. Buyers who need a shorter cable, a different connector type or an in-wall rated jacket should look at other options.

The decisive specification

The 18 Gbps bandwidth sets the maximum video and audio payload the cable can carry. It determines whether 4K 60 Hz HDR with eARC will pass without compression or signal loss over the full 25 ft length.

Questions about this item

What connector size and cable length do I need to clear for a 25 ft HDMI run?

The cable uses standard full-size HDMI connectors at both ends and measures 25 ft end to end.

How do I seat the gold-plated HDMI plugs so the 18 Gbps 4K 60 Hz signal locks in without handshake drops?

Push each connector straight in until it clicks; avoid angling the plug, which can bend the 24 K gold pins and break the HDCP 2.2 link.

When will the cotton-braided jacket or the pure-copper conductors need replacement under normal use?

The cable is rated for over 25 000 bend cycles, so replacement is only needed if the braid frays or a connector is physically damaged.
