Keysco 77691 Acid Brushes 144 Pack

This pack contains 144 acid brushes measuring 3/4 inch long by 1/2 inch wide. They are designed for applying flux or paste during soldering work. The bulk quantity suits workshops or technicians who use brushes regularly.

Suited for high-volume soldering tasks

Technicians doing frequent soldering benefit from the large pack size. Users needing only a few brushes for occasional repairs should look at smaller quantities. The product is restricted from sale in certain states so buyers must verify local regulations.

Pack quantity of 144 units decides value

The single specification that determines suitability is the 144-piece count. High-throughput users gain cost efficiency from this volume. Low-volume users will find the quantity excessive and should seek smaller packs.

Questions about this item

What soldering supplies do I need besides these brushes to apply flux?

You will need a flux or solder paste suitable for your joint, a heat source such as a soldering iron or torch, and the workpiece cleaned and ready for flux application.

Can I use these 3/4" x 1/2" brushes with the same flux bottles I already own?

Yes, the brush dimensions fit standard flux containers and the bristles work with common liquid or paste fluxes used in plumbing, electrical and automotive soldering.

How do I know the 144 brushes are performing correctly after I start using them?

Each brush should hold flux without dripping excessively, spread it evenly across the joint, and the bristles should stay intact through repeated dips and strokes.
