650 W redundant ATX power supply

This 650 W ATX unit delivers redundant power in a 3U form factor, making it suitable for servers and workstations that require continuous uptime. It is built for environments where a single supply failure cannot halt operations. The unit has been tested and verified as working.

Replaces single non-redundant supplies

The jump is worth it when the cost of unexpected downtime exceeds the added expense and rack space of a redundant design. It is not for builds that can tolerate a brief outage while a failed supply is swapped. It is not for compact chassis that cannot accommodate a 3U module.

Questions about this item

What form factor does the power supply use and how many rack units does it occupy?

The power supply follows the ATX form factor and occupies a 3U rack height.

How are the redundant modules installed and what common mistake should be avoided?

Slide each module into the chassis until the latch clicks, then secure the thumb screws; the frequent error is leaving a module partially seated so the redundancy circuit does not engage.
