Secure Cargo Strap

The Kinedyne 513084PAKGRA is a 30 ft by 2 in polyester tie-down strap rated for a 3,335 lb working load limit and a 10,000 lb breaking strength. It uses an 804 wide-handle ratchet and zinc-coated J-hooks to secure heavy loads for transport or storage.

Manual Tension Control

The ratchet mechanism lets the operator apply and release tension by hand without external power, so there is no motor noise, heat or electrical draw. A 6-month manufacturer warranty covers the assembly under normal use.

Strap Pak Compatibility

The kit includes 1006 wire hooks and an 18 in fixed end designed for the 15602 Strap Pak system, keeping hardware organised and ready for deployment. It does not suit applications that require a different end fitting or a longer continuous length.

Questions about this item

How do I thread the 2 in webbing through the 804 wide-handle ratchet so it locks without slipping?

Feed the strap from the bottom of the ratchet drum, pull tight, then crank the handle until the pawl clicks into each tooth; the wide handle gives extra leverage for the 3,335 lb working load limit.

When should I replace the polyester strap or the zinc/carbon steel J-hooks?

Retire the strap if you see cuts, abrasion, UV fading or melted fibres; replace hooks if the throat is widened, cracked or shows corrosion that could reduce the 10,000 lb breaking strength.

What part reaches its limit first during a long haul with constant vibration?

The 18 in fixed-end stitching and the ratchet pawl see the highest cyclic stress; inspect them at every stop because they will fatigue before the 30 ft webbing reaches its working load limit.
