Kinesiology tape for sensitive skin

Kinesio Tex Gold Light Touch tape is designed for people with sensitive skin who need gentle support during activity or recovery. The hypoallergenic, latex-free construction avoids harsh adhesives so application and removal stay simple and painless.

16.5 ft roll for targeted taping

The 16.5 ft length provides enough material for multiple applications on joints or muscle groups. It runs out when a full-body taping plan or frequent re-taping over several weeks is required.

Light Touch adhesive stays secure

Water-resistant backing survives sweat and showers while the breathable cotton-polyester blend keeps skin comfortable. The gentle adhesive holds during normal movement but releases cleanly without pulling or leaving heavy residue.

Questions about this item

Will this 2 in. x 16.5 ft. roll work with the rigid athletic tape I already use for joint support?

Yes, the cotton-polyester blend and latex-free adhesive are designed to layer over or under traditional rigid tape without causing skin irritation or adhesive conflict.

How can I confirm the water-resistant backing is performing correctly after my first shower?

The tape should remain firmly adhered with edges intact; if it peels prematurely or feels soggy, the water-resistant layer may have been compromised during application.

Does the 16.5 ft. roll include pre-cut strips or a cutting guide, or do I need scissors?

The roll is continuous; you will need scissors to cut custom lengths, as no pre-cut strips or cutting guide are included in the box.
