Professional-Grade Baking Sheets

King Arthur 5854 parchment paper comes as 100 pre-cut white sheets coated with a light silicone finish. Each sheet measures 16½ by 12¼ inches and is designed for heavy-duty, reusable performance in home or commercial kitchens. The product is made in the USA and certified Kosher.

Fit for Standard Half-Sheet Pans

The dimensions suit 18 by 13 inch baking pans, leaving a small margin for easy handling. Sheets lie flat without curling, so they line trays quickly and free up time otherwise spent trimming roll paper. The resealable pack keeps remaining sheets clean and ready for the next bake.

Sustained Nonstick Release

Silicone coating maintains release quality across multiple bakes, letting cookies, vegetables and pie crusts slide off without residue. Sheets withstand repeated oven cycles without degrading, reducing waste compared with single-use liners. Cleanup stays minimal even after extended use.
