Single-Sided Glossy Inkjet Paper

Koala glossy photo paper comes in an 8.5x11 inch sheet size with a 61 lb weight and a high-gloss finish on one side. The pack contains 100 sheets rated at 98.00 lumen brightness for vivid colour reproduction. It is designed exclusively for inkjet printers using dye-based inks.

Fast-Dry Surface for Smudge-Free Handling

The coated surface absorbs ink quickly to prevent smudging or smearing during normal printing tasks. Sheets exit the printer dry to the touch so handling and stacking can begin immediately. No special drying equipment or extended wait times are required.

Single-Sided Layout Leaves Reverse Blank

Each sheet is coated on one side only, leaving the back unprinted and free of watermarks. The blank reverse is suitable for handwritten notes, captions or secondary designs. This format suits photo prints, cake toppers, menus, brochures, calendars and school projects.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 8.5x11 inch sheets so the 61 lb glossy side prints correctly?

Place the stack in the tray with the high-gloss surface facing the print head; the reverse has no watermark and is not coated for ink.

Will the 230 gsm coating degrade or need replacing after long storage?

The paper itself does not wear out, but humidity can curl heavyweight sheets; store flat in the original wrap until use.

What happens if I run a long batch through an inkjet printer continuously?

The 61 lb single-sided stock absorbs dye ink quickly, but the printer’s duty cycle and heat will limit run length before the paper does.
