Compact 1080p projector for mobile professionals

The Kodak Luma 450 delivers native 1920x1080 resolution in a 5.04 inch cube weighing 19.12 ounces. Its built-in Android 9.0 OS allows direct app streaming without an external source. A rechargeable battery enables cordless operation for presentations or entertainment away from power outlets.

Simple setup with automatic correction

The projector includes a tripod, remote and carrying case for immediate deployment. Four-point keystone correction and digital zoom adjust the image geometry from 10 to 150 inches without physical repositioning. Bluetooth audio exhibits 30ms input lag, which may affect lip-sync during video playback.

Brightness and connectivity define practical limits

Rated below 1000 lumens with a 3500:1 contrast ratio, the image performs best in darkened rooms. HDMI and USB 2.0 ports accept 4K input signals but display at 1080p native resolution. Wireless 802.11 connectivity and Bluetooth support streaming, though bandwidth depends on local network conditions.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the projector is displaying a true 1920x1080 image after setup?

Play a 1080p test pattern and verify the on-screen menu reports a 1920x1080 native signal; the image should fill the screen without scaling artefacts.

Which accessories are included in the box and what must I provide separately?

The package contains a remote, power cord, HDMI cable, carrying bag and user manual; a tripod or ceiling mount for positioning is not included.

Should I choose this 450 model or a different brightness tier for a lit meeting room?

At under 1000 lumens the 450 is designed for darkened or dim spaces; rooms with strong ambient light will need a higher-lumen projector.
