Kodak Matte Poly Poster Roll

This 36-inch wide roll extends 100 feet and features a self-adhesive backing with a water-resistant matte finish. It is designed for inkjet printing on HP, Canon, Epson and Kodak printers. The 9 mil thickness provides a durable poly substrate suitable for banners, signs and large-format graphics.

Indoor Display Durability

The water-resistant coating protects prints from moisture and high humidity so images stay sharp in damp environments. A matte surface reduces glare under bright lighting for easier viewing. The poly construction resists tearing during handling and installation.

Peel-and-Stick Application

The integrated adhesive layer removes the need for separate glue, tape or mounting hardware. Users can apply the printed poster directly to walls, windows or boards by peeling the liner and pressing the media in place. This simplifies setup for temporary signage or promotional displays.

Questions about this item

How do I install the self-adhesive 36" wide roll without trapping air bubbles?

Unroll the poster slowly onto a clean, dry surface, peeling the backing as you go. Use a squeegee or firm roller from the centre outward to push air out; the step most people skip is applying even pressure across the full width before the adhesive fully bonds.

Will the water-resistant coating or adhesive degrade if the poster stays outdoors for weeks?

The water-resistant coating protects the print from moisture and light outdoor exposure, but prolonged UV and weather will eventually break down both the coating and the self-adhesive backing, requiring replacement of the entire poster.

At what point does the 9 mil polyester film stretch or curl during a long print run?

The 9 mil thickness resists curl under normal inkjet heat, but sustained high-coverage printing on a 100' roll can warm the media enough to cause slight edge lift; pausing the job lets the film cool flat again.
