4U Rackmount Chassis with Three 5.25 Bays

This 4U rackmount server chassis supports SSI-CEB, ATX, micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards. It provides seven standard-profile PCI or PCIe expansion slots for add-in cards. A lockable front door secures the three 5.25-inch drive bays. The unit is designed for server builds that need front-accessible optical or hot-swap devices.

PSU Depth Limit and Front USB Interface

The chassis accepts ATX or mini-redundant power supplies up to 160mm deep, so longer units will not fit. Front-panel connectivity uses a 5Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 1 port that is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. Builders needing deeper power supplies or faster front USB standards must choose a different enclosure.

SSI-CEB Motherboard Support Decides Fit

The maximum supported motherboard form factor is SSI-CEB, which also covers ATX, micro-ATX and Mini-ITX boards. Larger server boards such as EEB or MEB cannot be installed. This single specification determines whether the chassis matches the intended platform.
